NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE TOWN OF LAKEWOOD PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING  ON TUESDAY, April 28, 2026, AT 6:00PM  WITH PZC/BOA MEETING TO FOLLOW DIRECTLY AFTER AT THE LAKEWOOD TOWN HALL, 3110 STRAND ROAD, DULUTH, MN.

THE APPLICANT IS: Ryan Gunderson

The Planning & Zoning Commission will consider a interim use permit (IUP) for importation of fill material.

The public is invited to provide input to the PZC by attending the hearing, sending a letter, or e-mailing the [email protected] prior to the hearing.  All letters must be signed and received in this office by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 27, 2026.  They will be presented to the PZC as part of the hearing process.
